We join Santa and Ms. Claus relaxing on the porch after a hard day’s work. It is summertime at the ranch as everyone prepares for Christmas Eve. Many things have changed over the years but the goal of bringing joy to the world is still the same. Things are just more modern now. One of the tasks Ms. Claus oversees is the many letters received from children. Just as things seem to be going smoothly, they receive a heartbreaking letter that changes the mode of the day. Santa must take care of this problem immediately.
